Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the preorder, purchase, and use of Rubbermolt, a device powered by a microcontroller and OpenClaw (the “Product”), sold by Builders Garden S.r.l., Rome, Italy (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing a preorder or interacting with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Preorders

2.1 Preorder Campaign

Rubbermolt is offered on a preorder basis with a target of 1,000 (one thousand) units.

2.2 Minimum Sales Condition

If the preorder campaign does not reach 1,000 units, the campaign will be cancelled and all customers will receive a full refund using the original payment method, at no cost to the customer.

2.3 Delivery & Non-Shipment

If, for any reason, the Company does not ship the Product, customers are entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid.

2.4 Timing

Estimated delivery timelines, if provided, are non-binding estimates and may change due to manufacturing, supply chain, or regulatory factors.

3. Prices & Payments

  • Prices are shown at checkout and may include or exclude taxes depending on the customer's location.
  • Payments are collected at the time of preorder.
  • Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds

A full refund will be issued in the following cases:

  1. The preorder campaign does not reach 1,000 units.
  2. The product production is suspended.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after the refund condition is triggered.

5. Use of the Product

Rubbermolt is a hardware device intended for experimental, maker, and development use.

  • The Product is provided “as is”.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring safe and lawful use.
  • The Company is not responsible for damage, injury, or losses resulting from improper use, modifications, or integrations.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, product names, documentation, and related materials are the property of Builders Garden S.r.l. or its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
